A real shop in Bolzano's historic centre
Zio Whisky is in the old heart of Bolzano, a short walk from the railway station. Easy to reach, even if you are visiting from out of town on the spur of the moment.
At its centre is a large wooden table for tastings: you sit down, nose the whisky and talk about it at leisure. Upstairs in the gallery there is a small lounge for those who want to take more time.

It is more than a shelf: you will find more than 300 open bottles at the counter, a table to sit at and someone to talk whisky with properly.
Tasting bar

Guided tastings
By appointment I can let you taste labels that are hard to find elsewhere, including rare and regional bottles.

Whisky Club Bolzano
The shop is also the home of Whisky Club Bolzano: tastings, evenings and a community for those who want to go beyond the single bottle.
Here people taste, talk about whisky and discover bottles that are rarely found on ordinary shelves.
Whisky Club Bolzano was founded in 2018 by three young people from Bolzano. Since 2023 we have officially been a voluntary organisation registered in RUNTS, Italy's national register of third-sector organisations.
