Longrow Peated Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Longrow is the name under which Springbank distillery in Campbeltown has made its most heavily peated malt since 1973: the barley, malted entirely on the distillery's own floors, is dried over a peat fire for up to 48 hours and the spirit is distilled twice. This no-age-statement version is bottled without chill filtration and without colouring.

The nose is creamy, with vanilla custard, and smoke that builds slowly, letting toasted marshmallow, herbs and ripe fruit emerge. The palate is rounded and well balanced, with a medicinal hint and smoke returning in waves; the finish lingers, gently smoky.
